At Sunrise Yoga, you will find the opportunity to reduce stress, to breathe freely, and to gain strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. We are dedicated to providing a safe, educational, and fun environment for the practice of yoga.
Classes are available for beginners and experienced students. All class schedules are available online at the web site at www.SunriseYoga.net. Class fees include use of mats, bolsters, blocks and any other props! We offer a FREE class once a month!
Each class contains yoga poses of the body, breathing practices, meditation, and relaxation.
Our staff is welcoming and highly trained to guide you through your yoga journey.
